By accessing this website or placing an order with Mr. Golf, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy and Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizing information, personalisation options and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images, colour swatches and digital representations are provided as visual guides only.
Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings and lighting. Natural materials may also vary slightly in colour, grain, texture and markings.
These natural or minor variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is faulty.
Personalised Products
Many Mr. Golf products are personalised specifically according to the selections and information provided by the customer.
Please carefully review all personalisation and product selections before completing your order.
This includes:
- Names, initials and other personalised text
- Spelling and capitalisation
- Personalisation colour
- Product colour
- Size
- Glove hand
- Quantity
- Delivery details
- Any other options selected when ordering
Mr. Golf will generally produce your personalised product using the information submitted with your order.
Where a finished product accurately reflects the selections or personalisation supplied by the customer, we are not responsible for customer-entered spelling errors, incorrect sizing, incorrect hand selection or other incorrect selections.
Personalisation Appearance
Our personalisation processes may include embossing, foil stamping, engraving, printing and other customisation techniques.
Because these are physical production processes, minor differences may occur between products, including variations in:
- Positioning
- Depth
- Spacing
- Colour or tone
- Texture
- Finish
Minor variations of this nature are a normal part of personalised production and are not necessarily considered defects.
Digital previews or mock-ups displayed on our website are intended to help visualise the selected personalisation. They may not represent the exact scale, positioning, colour, texture or appearance of the finished physical product.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Personalised orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.
If you notice an error or need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist where practical; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been submitted.
If personalisation or production has already commenced, we may be unable to alter or cancel the order.
Order Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation does not prevent Mr. Golf from declining or cancelling an order where reasonably necessary.
We may decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:
- A product or required material becoming unavailable
- An obvious pricing, product or website error
- Payment being declined, reversed or identified as potentially fraudulent
- A personalisation request containing unlawful, offensive, abusive or inappropriate content
- A technical issue preventing us from correctly producing the order
- We are otherwise unable to reasonably fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no alternative arrangement is agreed, the relevant amount paid will be refunded.
Pricing
Prices displayed on our Australian website are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
The total amount payable for your order, including any applicable shipping charges, discounts or taxes, will be displayed before you complete checkout.
We may correct genuine pricing, typographical or website errors where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you to discuss the available options or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payments
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. Those providers may have their own terms, conditions and privacy practices.
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions are available for the advertised period only
- Minimum order values may apply
- Some products or services may be excluded
- Discount codes may not be combinable with other offers
- A discount cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed
Mr. Golf may correct, suspend or withdraw a promotion where there has been an obvious error, misuse, technical issue or other reasonable basis for doing so, subject to applicable law.
Processing & Shipping
Personalised products require preparation and processing before dispatch.
Delivery estimates displayed on our website refer to the applicable delivery service and should be considered together with the order processing period.
Express shipping does not remove or reduce the personalisation and processing period unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods, weather events, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
If an order is returned to Mr. Golf because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, or because a parcel was not collected within the carrier's nominated timeframe, a new shipping charge may apply if you request that the order be sent again.
Returns, Refunds & Personalised Products
Because personalised products are created specifically according to the customer's selections, we do not generally offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or customer ordering errors.
This includes circumstances where the customer has selected the incorrect size, hand, colour, personalisation or product variation and the product supplied correctly reflects the order placed.
This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where applicable, the remedies available to you will depend on the nature and seriousness of the problem and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Gift Vouchers
Mr. Golf gift vouchers are subject to any additional conditions displayed when the voucher is purchased or issued.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Where a customer chooses to send a gift voucher directly to another person, the customer is responsible for ensuring the recipient's name, email address, delivery date and any other recipient information supplied is correct.
Bulk, Corporate & Custom Orders
Bulk, corporate and specially commissioned orders may be subject to additional quotations, artwork approvals, production requirements, minimum quantities or payment terms.
Once a custom order has been approved and production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Any additional conditions agreed in writing for a bulk, corporate or custom order will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.
This does not exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Mr. Golf or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content.
This includes, where applicable:

- Product photography
- Graphics and artwork
- Logos and branding
- Product designs
- Website design elements
- Videos and other media
You may view and use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
