All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. However, this can change during peak gifting periods.  Please note that this time frame does not include transit.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping worldwide. However, depending on what you order and due to the value of the goods we recommend upgrading to our courier service so we can provide you with a tracking number. Please note that standard shipping does not include a tracking number.

Golfers wear the glove on their opposite hand. So if they play golf right-handed, then they will wear the glove on their left hand. If they play golf left-handed, they will wear the glove on their right hand. 

In each glove product description you will find a size guide tab. Please click the tab and it will display all the measurements and how to measure for the correct glove size.

When you require your order urgently we recommend upgrading to Express shipping if you are located in Australia and DHL Express if you are located overseas. 

This shipping option will be provided when you are checking out.

Please make sure all the details of your order are correct as once it has been processed, we are unable to make any alternations. Please double check all the sizing and personalised details before you complete the checkout. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund if the sizing and/or personalisation details submitted are incorrect. 

For the foil effect, it will gradually fade over time from wear and tear. If you are looking for a more long last effect, imprint is the best option.
