All orders are prepared for personalisation before dispatch. Standard processing is generally 3–5 working days. During peak gifting periods such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, allow 7–12 working days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been personalised, checked and dispatched. Within Australia, Express Post is generally 1–3 working days, eParcel 4–8 working days and free standard delivery 7–15 working days. International services vary by option; see our Shipping & Processing page for current estimates.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. Tracked and express delivery options are available at checkout. International shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Golfers wear the glove on the opposite hand to the hand they play with. A right-handed golfer wears the glove on the left hand. A left-handed golfer wears the glove on the right hand.

Choose an express or tracked delivery service at checkout and order as early as possible. Express delivery only shortens carrier transit time; the normal personalisation and processing period still applies before dispatch.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected details. Once the order has entered personalisation or processing, changes may no longer be possible.

We will help where possible if you contact us quickly. Because personalised orders move into production, changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.

Foil personalisation can gradually soften or fade with normal wear and tear over time. Imprint is the more durable option where it is available. Product care and frequency of use also affect longevity.

A premium Cabretta leather glove commonly lasts around 4–12 weeks depending on how often it is used, weather conditions, grip pressure and how it is cared for.

Avoid machine washing or soaking a Cabretta leather glove. Allow it to air dry naturally and store it flat between rounds. Consider wet-weather gloves in rain and a synthetic glove in very hot conditions to extend the life of the leather glove.

Personalised products are assessed under our Returns & Replacement Policy. If there is a product issue, contact us with your order number and clear supporting information. Change-of-mind returns and customer-submitted sizing, hand or personalisation errors are generally not eligible.
