Policy on Returns & Replacements:

As we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality golf accessories, we ensure that all products are quality checked to our high standards before an order is shipped. 

Please make sure all the details of your order are correct as once it has been processed, we are unable to make any alterations. Please double check the sizing and personalisation details before you complete the checkout. We are unable to offer a replacement or refund if the hand, sizing and/or the personalisation details submitted are incorrect. 

If for any reason you have an issue with your product, please contact us and we will provide you with a reasonable solution. As all our products are personalised, we can not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect product purchase.

Policy on Shipping Delays and Refunds:

At Mr. Golf, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers promptly and efficiently. However, once an order has been handed over to the carrier, shipping timelines are estimated and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

  1. No Refunds for Carrier Delays
    We are unable to provide refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once the package is with the carrier, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Any delays should be addressed directly with the carrier for updates.

  2. Expected Delivery Guidelines
    We provide estimated delivery timeframes based on the carrier’s information. These are provided as a guideline and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

  3. Tracking and Support
    We encourage customers to monitor the tracking information sent upon shipment confirmation. If you have questions about your delivery status, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

  4. Missed Delivery Attempts
    If a delivery attempt is missed, customers are responsible for coordinating re-delivery or collection directly with the carrier. Refunds will not be issued due to missed deliveries.
