Shipping & Processing Times

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide on all products. Please note that standard shipping does not have a tracking number. Due to the value of our products, we highly recommend upgrading to our courier or express services to ensure a timely delivery and assurance that you are able to track your parcel along its journey. 

International shipping is also available. The rates will be displayed at the checkout. 

  • Australia - free standard service: 7-15 working days (no tracking)
  • Australia - eParcel: 4-8 working days (tracking provided)
  • Australia - Express post: 1-3 working days (tracking provided)

  • International - standard service: 20-30 working days (tracking provided)
  • International - courier service: 10-20 working days (tracking provided)
  • International - express : 5-10 working days (tracking provided)

For international shipments, there may be import duties and taxes payable depending on your country. Please note that the customer is responsible for these charges.

  • Order processing time: 4-7 working days. Peak periods (Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day): 7-12 working days. 

*Please note that shipping and processing time frames can vary during peak and holiday periods. Please make sure to include the processing time when considering the transit timeframe. All orders have the same processing time whether it's Express Post or standard mail.*

Free Delivery Service

Free delivery is provided as a standard letter box delivery service with no tracking. As this option does not include tracking or signature on delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their letter box is safe, secure, and accessible for Australia Post to complete delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping method if your letter box is shared, exposed, unattended for long periods, or if you have any concerns about mail security in your area. Customers who prefer added security should choose a tracked or express service at checkout.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts and Return to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be held at your local post office for collection (tracked and express post only). Australia Post will generally leave a notification card or send a digital notification (where applicable). You must collect your parcel within the designated timeframe.

If the parcel is not collected, it will be marked as “Return to Sender” and returned to us. Once returned, a re-delivery fee will apply for any subsequent shipping requests. This includes instances where incorrect or incomplete addresses were provided or where the parcel was not collected in time.
