Once your order is placed, our Melbourne production team prepares your item for personalisation. Your selected initials are carefully set, aligned and embossed using premium equipment to create a clean, refined finish. Once personalised, each item is individually checked for embossing quality, finish and overall presentation before being carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.

Our standard order processing time is 3–5 working days. During peak gifting periods, including Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, processing may take 7–12 working days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time and applies to all orders, including both Express Post and standard mail.
