Our Process
Once your order is placed, our Melbourne production team prepares your glove for personalisation. Your selected initials are carefully set, aligned and embossed using premium equipment to create a clean, refined finish. Once personalised, each glove is individually checked for embossing quality, leather condition and overall presentation before being carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.
Our standard order processing time is 3-5 working days. During peak gifting periods, including Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, processing may take 7–12 working days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time and applies to all orders, including both Express Post and standard mail.

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. This service is delivered as a standard letterbox delivery and does not include tracking. While this is a simple and convenient option, we kindly recommend choosing a tracked service at checkout if your letterbox is shared, exposed, unattended for long periods, or if you would like extra peace of mind while your parcel is on its way.
