Order processing time: We are currently in our peak period so our standard processing time on all orders is 7-10 working days. This timeframe can change at anytime.*

Australia - free standard service: 7-15 working days (no tracking)

Australia - eParcel: 4-8 working days (tracking provided)

Australia - Express post: 1-3 working days (tracking provided)

International - standard service: 20-30 working days (tracking provided)

International - courier service: 10-20 working days (tracking provided)

International - express : 5-10 working days (tracking provided)

For international shipments, there may be import duties and taxes payable depending on your country. Please note that the customer is responsible for these charges.
